Denominations are divisions in the church. These divide over doctrine, leadership etc...

Discipleship is not the conforming to patterns we see on the earth. Disciples need to obey Christ and not follow the norms that men uphold. Come out of her and be separate!  Seems simple enough! :inlove:

Amen Amen Amen!  it is true, the churches doctrines divide the body of Christ and this is just wrong wrong wrong wrong... agreed

We  have to find a way to find love with those who believe different doctrines in Christ like me and most of you here...our understanding in the love of Christ we are all the same knowledge of, but the churches who have taught for the most part some keeping the Sabbath, some Sunday and such things like these that have made the brotherhood of believer fight and that just is right...loving the family and not contingencies of who is right in the Sabbath or Sunday and such things like this...we have to over come this wrong teaching in both Sunday and Sabbath keeping churches...because even Paul said in  Colossians

Col 2:16  Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink,  (some pork, other no pork, some veggies only etc) or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day.   These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality however is in CHRIST.

So those who still keep the Sabbath in Christ are not any  less the Lord's people than those who keep Sunday or Monday or everyday to the Lord.. They are all honoring the Lord in worship as they are taught in these doctrines...but they are also walking in the Love of Christ and we who are Sunday keepers must walk with them too  in the Love of Christ.   That is what we are all called to do..love the many parts of the body..

yes, it is a challenge but it is possible and with the holy  spirit we can do it..

Thank you for this topic as it has been very uplifting..

In Christ's love

the father said he was sending the tribulation through the seed of Ishmael  and they are camped around us now.  Trust the Lord in the times of trouble that is near to all of us.   The Lord is coming.
