Ok.  For my own review more than anything.  I really got a lot from this study...but now that I get where it is going (and sister cizz...you just amaze me with the things you notice...or should I say that the Lord leads you too!)  :clap:

We start with the parents:

Abraham - father of a multitude
Keturah - incense

the children:

Zimran - musican  = make music, praise vs complaints, whining-noise
Jokshan - snarer = do not lay snares for others and consider those of our own
Medan - contention = peace vs fighting
Midian - strife = same as contention???  Important if listed twice.  What are the differences?
Ishbak = he releases = release vs demand (of others, of God?)
Shuah = wealth = generosity vs greed ("security" vs trust?)

then the two grandchildren listed:

Sheba = seven or an oath

Dedan = low country
  = I still feel like I don't have complete understanding on them.

all else is but a reflection
