I am pretty dumb about viruses, but 'over there' I was wondering about those pictures that were mini sized with the message to CLICK TO ENLARGE. Is it possible that a virus could be hidden in that somehow? It was a concern I had because of the warnings by my IP NOT to click on such items, and expecially if the source was in question. Does anyone have any knowledge about these things, and able to enlighten me?
Hello, I wished there were more info I could give you....only what I have experienced first hand can I commit on...
I have found that running webroot or any anti-virus software on quick scan after being on CF...has the power to remove any virus you may have gotten or been sent...it is very sad to see these kinds of things going on....just run your virus scan while you are on CF or when you get off... and that will protect you...
