I love acrylics, they can be used in ways water colors and oils cant.  though you can use oils with some water color technique but I love acrylics because as far as I know you can use them with both oil and water color techniques and they spray them for protection, and keep them out of the sun.  I only with I can aford the better brains then just store bought cheap ones.  O'well!

I took a nap and had dreams of painting... o the cravings!

I must admit though that my hubby did is first painting on canvise and I was a bit green....lol!  He is overly good and most things he puts his hands too, and without all the studing us normal people do.  I think he got in line a second time fore more talents when G-d was handing them out!  He loves showing off to me, but I love it all in a way.  He is almost finished with his painting and will be giving it as a love gift to that 80 year old man, it is of the man and is dead son, it as taken on the old mans birthday, right before is son died.  It is good too...cant wait to see the mans face.  He invited us over to eat dinner with him when the painting is done.  We all sould get into doing love gifts for others.  Its fun
