I am hoping Cizz is right. I did change my password and so far - so good. It is SO frustrating! I have worked with both Norton and Dell tech support...in fact paid Dell, and it still keeps coming up every so often. Prayerfully the password thing will work. I started getting them eariler in the summer/fall from someone I know and only replied to them one so they would know. NOT a good thing to do. The lady who runs the prayer chain at my old church said she had the same problem a while back and it just eventually went away. Found out supposedly those place get a penny every time someone opens one of their emails. Who knows. But my hugest apologies to everyone!!
