Thanks 7t...   at times we learn the hard way, but I am trying to avoid the nast stuff as you have told me about.  G-d sent my a jewish man that was dealing with the same thing, it was even in his hands, where is fingers where swollen and braking and bleeding.  Well, he have me some minerals he has been taking and a list of things to get that will help my emu. system...so I can get stronger.  I took one small dose and wow, it was like I can alive, eyes even felt better.  He said if I ever needed some, if he had exstra that he would help me out.  My money from my job has grown low, only 2 sets signed to me, that would be line making only $6 yesterday. 
Lord please help me!

Well, My hubby said he would get the meds I need as soon as we get the money, I have been eatting less suger stuff, and carbs and feel better for it...and garlic galor!  I will be adding what you said to my list of things I need to get.  Doing food storage, and getting stuff to get a garden started has taken what little we have to work with....but I will have all the greens and raw vegs I can want.  I have to get some more of this weight off too, I feel better and it seems to help with this if I do.  I am going now to shop for some where to buy that stuff for less if I can find it!  Or I will see how it is made and make my own...It can be done.  I I made my own dried herbs and have but it in e.v.o.o!  Have cocanut oil as well, and I but it on my skin and it is gone from there.
