Thank you. However I brought this to the fore, because I have been on both sides of the fence. I have had more than enough and I have been poverty stricken to a point I don't know where my next meal is coming from.
precious sister Rose, I understand what you have said in your topic, and the way you view these things and I have no complaint, I personally view money and God and life through different terms than some do, not making you wrong or me wrong. I come from a different perspective through the words of God due to my personal life also lol ..that's the beauty of our lord, isn't it?
Experience often bring two views to one verse. lol , two people will receive varying wisdom due to their experience they have concerning God's words, these are the differences you and I have in this...lol

I enjoy sharing what I have come away with in living Life for Jesus..amen!

Yes we need to be content with what we have and where we are, this is a lesson I've had to learn a very hard way, however The verse I gave here are all promises that God is giving to each and everyone of us, so we need to be open to whatever God desires to send to us. For when He blesses us it is being blessed so that we can be a blessing to others.
You're right about being a blessing to others from the abundance the Lord gives us and that was my point,
I personally found I didn't do as good as others might and the Lord was gracious to show me my sins from it. ..
It has just been hard for me personally to have so an abundance through my husband that I failed in serving the Lord properly with it...that is my own personally battle, and this is why I have shared the above testimony. It has been a real eye opener for me in this battle. lol

When I have been given an abundance it concerns me greatly, because of the responsibility that is expected of me from Christ, for others there may be no concerns with their flesh like the pull I have with my flesh...
You're topic was great as it reminded me of the trial I have had...

In Christ's love
