Did you Know we have been anointed ?

Ps 89:20  I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him:

Isa 61:6  The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

John 14:35  The Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said.

We have been anointed by the Father in the name of Jesus and we are the Kings companions to speak truth in boldness and we can walk through the fire and not a single hair on our head will burn...just as the 3 friends of God who where with David in captivity. 

We are God's and he leads us through his holy spirit that we will soon inherit salvation at his coming and be priest and kings with our Lord Jesus who is coming to set up his kingdom here on earth...praise be the the Holy One of Israel.

You are too cute...


I fall short in presenting what I mean a lot of the time...       any way...yes the Lord sent all his disciple into the world and making disciples and it multiplies in reaching people..but what I mean is the Counselor the is given to us once we've accepted is what teaches us the ways of the Lord just as John 14:26 says and I John 2:27...

We can not have a disciple with us 24/7 and the Lord has given us the holy spirit to lead us and direct us further into the knowledge of him...

Did I make it more clear saying this?   We need each other in learning...but we must have the Counselor guiding us into all truth every day of our life.

If we must have the Holy Spirit daily guiding us from wrong to right decision.   It is powerful...a disciple can not do this for us each day..see what I mean?

Yes,  we have assignments by the Lord as his disciples to spread the gospel and such, but the Counselor is the sole source that brings us into the knowledge of the lord will and his ways and this is vital to our spiritual growth.  It can not be placed upon a man to teach us this, as only the spirit of the Lord can...
