No nothing, they were told by the commisioner that they were only here to
hear our side.  They hear wrote two long papers & left, not saying anything.
We were able to tell them alot about Nakhia and us having bills, medical cards
we showed them the babies burn. I also told them that we were three weeks
from adoption. cz040

UPDATE

I sent a copy by e-mail & I phone to my attorney and the commisioner.
I think it is a done deal but this is what I said to them.

Tammy, do you live any where from me to NC? I would also love to meet you my sister.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -
Dear Lane & Diana,

This letter from CYS came in the mail today, I am sending to you in an attachment. We are going on vacation to the beach in NC this week, we are leaving Thursday morning but you can e-mail me at any time for an update on what to do next. Either to go on with the hearing or cancel. We are very heart broken not only for the girls not coming back but for how we were treated without any justice to what they did to us in our home but to our lives and also the girls lives. Diana, I am sorry we will never trust them again. If we go to heaven soon, I will get to see them their.

Very Truly Yours,
Willian & Lillian Manfredi

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Manfredi:

Thank you for meeting with us on Tuesday and providing us with your
perspectives. Your commitment to childrn was certainly evident.

However, the Agency's first priority is the safety of children. When allegations
of abuse or mistreatment are made, the Agency is mandated to quickly respond. The
safety of children must be assured. The necessary investigation that ensued required the
Agency and the Court to prodceed with alternative permanency planning. The decisions of
the Agency and the Court cannot be undone. Moreover, regardless of what any third
party ma have told you, it is a clear violation of the foster care requlations for any fosterparent to use physival discipline with a foster child. You had been trained on this regulation and signed policies to follow it. Any reliance on contrary information from
any third party was mistaken. You were also familiar with this prohibition and had been
formally reminded on a prior occasion. We have ho choice but to follow foster care poliies and procedures.

Please know that while the children that were in your care have moved on to other permanency plans, we wish you the very best for the future. thanks you for your past
service to children.

We had a student and his mother told me a couple of months ago that her friend was
a foster parent and the boy didn't like him and he reported to his caseworker that
they were abusing him so they not only took him out but took her children to.
It is a mess. My attorney told me that you can have ten foster parents taking
CYS to court and you will all loose for they are goverment and they will win everytime
and there is nothing that can be done. He went on vacation this week and we are leaving
on thursay to go to NC to the beach so I will not get to talk to him unless he e-mails
me or text. I am taking my i-phone so I can get messages. CQ1 said the door isn't
closed yet but my heart is closing on hope now. I have been cying again every night
before falling to sleep, it will be nice to get away from here.
Does anyone live in NC near te ocean?  I would like to meet you. :inlove:

This came in my e-mail today.

Lil,
I'm so sorry that things didn't work out. I know a child would be blessed to have you as a mother.
Tim talked with me about the situation. Our policy cannot be changed and the Court's ruling is out of our authority. I'm so sorry, not just for you, but for the children who have lost the most.
I will be praying for you and your husband.

Now to get rid of all their stuff, that will be hard.  Keep me in prayer,
I will start it when I get back.

Well, here we are again and asking for prayer for Jaydon, Jordyn Taylor, Ayrianna Binotto
and Nakhia Ellis all four girls.  We got a letter stating that we have a Perliminary Hearing on the phone at 10:00am of Aug 24.  I guess this is to put us back into the system.  We are not sure
if it will help with the children.  We are wanting the system in Harrisburgh  cz011to see what CYS did when they came into our home and riped the kids out. My husband said he thinks we all will be on the phone together with our attorney.  We don't even know if it will go to our local judges.  Please pray for us for this has been so, so hard to bear.
