Yes, the lord is in us, because we are his temple, because he dwells in us as I Cor 3:16 says,  though I would have to disagree with love these are rooms because we are told they are mansions, and we shut the doors Isa 26:20

I believe this is a two part thing, not just one that is being spoken about. we are the temple of God now as he is in us but yet there is these rooms bring prepared for us as John relates this same event to us as Isaiah spoke of...I will have to stay with this being both of these things.  LOL

the father said he was sending the tribulation through the seed of Ishmael  and they are camped around us now.  Trust the Lord in the times of trouble that is near to all of us.   The Lord is coming.

I was reminded of your thread as I came across this, this morning in my quiet time:

Psalm 27:5 For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; In the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock.

In His Love,
Suzanne

I enjoyed your sharing this with me, this precious verse of encouragement  the Lord spoke to you  in your quite time.   I am thankful to read the encouragement in this verse as it reminds me again of the power of the Lord who love us.  The Lord is preparing us with lots of encouragement as
we see the world crumbling all around us.

As I continue to study and read of the things to come written in the verses the Lord said stay focused on Jerusalem and keep praying for his kingdom to come.  He has told me directly he will bring our offspring there with us and then showed me in the verses.  My heart grows heavy at times in all these things the Lord has opened my eyes to.

Lying in bed I was thinking last night about Job, how for almost 2 yrs he suffered with blackened skin and boils on his skin as he hurt and and all his family was removed from him.

Job remained faithful to the Lord as Job in his sufferings and we must be too should that be the case for us as well and I believe it might.

While reading Revelation yesterday the Lord brought my eyes to Rev 1:9  and John's words stood out where he was saying as our brother and companion in the suffering, and kingdom and patient endurance "that are ours  in Jesus".

Then in 2 Tim 3:12  In fact everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus "will  be persecuted".

Suzanne since we are Christ's we will suffer all kinds of trials as this happens always, in  every Christian's life  we have sufferings and persecutions coming through out our life.   And I can witness I have had plenty in mine.   So it is true according to these very words of Christ.

The bible tells us every patriarch was afflicted in many trials.   I laugh about the one trial of Isaiah who was told by God to go naked before the people of Israel for 3 yrs as a sign to them  in Isa 20:2.  Boy, that is true humbling.    :inlove:  Yet  Job's was true humbling also.  His friends made fun of him while in his trial, but Job never cursed God and understood no trial comes on man that is not common to man and he waited in patient endurance for the relief of this trial.

As we go into captivity with the Assyrians here shortly, we also are to have patient endurance as Rev 13:10 tells us to and many other places.  The words of John sunk that into me greater when I read them yesterday, and in the midst of the tribulation, just like Job, we will be hidden in his pavilion which he has placed us in, because he love us and will bring us into the kingdom that is his government alone on this earth and I am so looking forward to this promise he has told personally last year I would be born into at the end of all of this.

My hope and  trust is in his words to me because I believe his words to me that  he will bring me into the kingdom.  Though this  has my head shaking in how he accomplishes all this due to I am only human with my scope of thinking and many things of the Lord has said I can't totally digest "YET" simply because what the Lord is doing is so much greater than my mind can consume in thought.   grin

I have been on Facebook on sites over there I am invited to by 4 groups or so, and when I leave from there the spirit does not feel grieved as it did on CF.  As much as I enjoyed the CF,  the more I am away from it the more I feel the goodness of God and the encouragement in him, that place is so negative  in the love of God, with the majority of the people.   I feel the Lord spirit is grieved greatly on that sight by way to many. If I let them they will take me under to.  I haven't been over there for 2 days now and I am starting to feel much better spiritually.  Old habits are hard to break for I have  been on that forum for 2 yrs.  though I never got into the bible codes.   as I feel they are of Satan in miss leading the children of God. lol
