Dear Sister,

Just remember that it is not that I have a problem sharing the gospel with homosexuals or loving them...BUT, the issue of a society glorifying homosexuality is totally different.
I know you don't Suzanne,  if there was anyone who I feel would be right in acting properly to an Homosexual it would be you...lol

I think you might also see it a little differently, IF you are in the ministry, and begin to realize that we are not far from living in a nation where we can no longer preach certain portions of the Bible, because it will be considered a "hate" crime and you will be taken to jail for doing so.

I have many people I speak with on the streets and in various places bringing the gospel and I see daily the growing numbers of gays coming into the communities around me, and on TV and such and it is a sign of the times we are living in.  The gospel can not be given to someone who does not want it and many of these are not looking for the truth, but rather an acceptance by the religious ones who have denied  this lifestyle as acceptable before God and these are the one that are coming out of the woodwork.   We don't have to condemn them because the spirit of God in us condemns their sins without saying a word to them....I have watched this take place while I was in the midst of them and saw what the Lord's spirit does to them.   lol

It's a little different for preachers in that there may come a day when they are specifically asked about what the Bible has to say about homosexuality, they may end up being thrown in jail for sharing this portion of the gospel.

There is a vast difference between sharing the gospel and loving people, and being made to celebrate something that you know God considers an abomination.

This is true what you are saying and I am in agreement with you.   Though I think you may have miss understood what I was trying to point out.

We are "NOT" to go and celebrate with them and do that which the Baptist church has recently done and let them in and let them be married which is against the very Law of God and his words written in the bible.   There are more denomination who have  joined up with the Episcopalians and some Methodist I believe are all coming together to welcome this sin into their fellowship...this is what I am talking about as being wrong, more so than the government leaders who are over us.

What this is coming down to is there is developing a split between the Christians  on this issue on those who will accept gays and their lifestyle as okay, allowing  them to be members of the church, this I will stand against and not enter that church.

Then those like me and you and others who oppose this teaching will be subjected to persecutions in some form or another.   It is happening now between Christians and I am very familiar with it.

The true believers are going to be subjected to more of these things as brother will be against brother as we progress into these last days.

In Christ's love

the father said he was sending the tribulation through the seed of Ishmael  and they are camped around us now.  Trust the Lord in the times of trouble that is near to all of us.   The Lord is coming.
