Hearing Tomorrow

We have a hearing on the phone tomorrow with the state at 10:00am, please pray for us.
This is just not about the girls but what CYS did to us.
I am also getting rid of all their things by Sept 11, (yard sale & resale shop) so I can be
totally done with it all. It has been over 5 1/2 months now.

Our atterney said he put the appeal in before we met with the commisionor so we have to take it
now to the end.  Also yes, we would like to have the girls back but this is also how they came into
out house.  What they did to Nakhia and throwing our file away we were cleared and should have
gone through with the adoption.  The Judge that is a friend said we have rights, we were adopting.

Also changing subject: When I log in it say's the password is not right and I have to put it in again
and I get on.  I tried to fix it since the beginning but it still happens.  Also, when I hit my messages
all of the old ones have been deleted, I just changed it the other day to wait for ninety days.

Please pt up more pictures of the baby and give us an update on mommy, baby and father.

Praying with you sister

Called our attorney tonight for we didn't hear from him, we left a message at home but he
didn't return our call.  Hubby is now worried, he had to leave school for this and it is the
first day for him   I don't know what to do Satan is playing again 
It is going to be hard to sleep tonight

I just heard from the attorney and he said the hearing is for setting one up and seeing if it can be
resolved before it gets to a hearing. Do we all understand that one?   
Well, I told him that was kind of a good thing for him to handle it, but he did put us on the
spot with not calling us.  He said, when Bill comes home from school to call him for the
details of the phone hearing.  It is still a hearing, da.  I will be glad to feel normal again
and I hope it is soon. He didn't seem like the girls were coming back, I told him I am selling
everything on Sept 11 and he said that is good.

Just talked to the attorney and he said the judge cancelled until Sept 9 for CYS
didn't do their job right.    They were to send him the paperwork and not us
and so he said CYS has to redue all the paperwork again and sent it to my attorney. 
He said it will only take about 10 mins on the phone and we don't need to be there.

I told him that I was getting rid of everything Sept 11 or should I hold on to it
and he said, they are gone and it is time to sell it.    It's ok, I have to start sometime. 
He is a christian and I do trust what he tells me.

Sister, I pray the Lord gives you strength and comfort. I know it truly is a hard thing to let go of them    my heart aches with yours sister. Big Hugs and much love.

Lilly my heart goes out to your dilemma and the emotional roller coaster you are on....The judicial system is so chaotic often times and
the dealing with the carnal people in the court system who run it can be so draining on a person.  Keep staying the course and trusting
the lord for your direction to go in all of it...

Me to I wish I could go away with some girls and just melt for a while.
We both are broke so I guess it won't happen until God returnes
