Phone Hearing

Well, we called the attroney on Thur and Fri but he didn't get back with us.
Today at church he was out the door and gone and his wife was there and
said he had to go to the office and I told her he didn't return my call.
I was to call him but I fell asleep on the couch when I got home.
I am kind of worried for when he had the last call he wanted to talk to
us asap.  Now he won't call me.   I told hubby maybe they are
coming home and he yelled at me and told me that they are not
coming home and I need to get it through my thick brain.

When I get new I will let you know for now I have to get some sleep
for the resale kids shop starts Wed and I have to go through everything.

Called the attorney today but I think he was gone for the day.
I left a message, not sure why he is making me wait.

Hi Everyone,

It has been a very hard and long week but I am glad this one is over.
I have been sleeping on the couch now for a week and a half and getting six hours a
night so I am not funtioning very well.  Not only did we have the clothing sale and doing
the resale shop at the fairgrounds I have had to stay up at night and do my canning.
Well getting on to business with the hearing.  We still have not heard from our attorney.
I don't know why I think something is up and my husband said he has a really big hearing
on something in town but he is a friend and he would get back with us like before.

I was working at the resale today and I ran into one of the ladies that took our children.
She was about in tears when they took them and she was always so very nice to me.
She said hi and I smiled and told her it was ok and I know she knew I was a good person
and that I know I can't tell her anything and vis versa.  She smiled and had a little wet eyes
and she said she knows and I told her I loved those girls and I wouldn't do anything to hurt them.
She smiled and I started crying and she said it will all work out.  I smiled and said I have to
get to work and left.  WHAT DID SHE MEAN BY IT WILL WORK OUT.  Hubby said I am reading
to much into it.  Am I?

My thoughts when reading this is that she seems to have a caring heart, and feels for you that you are hurting.  As far as "things will work out" perhaps she is a Christian and knows that the Lord will work all things out in the end.

The attorney called today to tell us that the hearing has been put back until three more weeks
He said this is not to get the girls back this is to put us back into the system which we want to be open
for the girls even though it problibly will not happen.  The attorney did tell us that we need a couple of friends
to be  witness's in our behalf.   The judge that is a friend had his lesson today and and hubby told him what the
attorney said and he said he will be a witness if he is permitted he has to check it out first.  My mouth hit the
floor  I couldn't believe he said that, this could be why God sent him back for lessons from 10 years ago.  Am I reading into this to much?    I cried again tonight, I had to go to
Sam's Club and the Christmas stuff is out and I just couldn't do my shopping.  I told hubby it was hitting hard
again and I going to blame it on PMS  Is that possible even after menopause?  Something had me
crying all evening and crabby the last couple of days.  Also I tore down the two oldest girls room yesterday
and today and made it into a storage room and I took down one of the babies bed this week.  I sold a crib
and the Dora toddler bed and Im moving the twin bed up to the babies room.  I know this is part of it but
I had been working on all the clothes, yard sale and resale sale for three weeks know and I am so tired of it.
I am having a tuff time again knowing that they will never come home and feeling like they are dead.
Mom has given me also a very bad time and wil not listen to me so I call my brother and told him that the next time we go through this she is going to a nursing home , she bathed two dogs this week and sticks her tonge out and tells me she will do what she wants (yes just like a 14 year old) I wish I could ground her The nurse said no not for two months.  She also has come in between hubby and I and I told her she is sleeping at home for I need my bed back    Lord Come Quickly

We got an envelope from the state and it informed us that we have a hearing in Pittsburgh on Oct 18
at 9:15am.  I don't know why our attorney didn't say anything to us about it on the phone.
We get to have a couple of witnesses so we are asking the friends that were going to take them,
the judge that is a friend who said he would if he is permitted, the doctor that did not like the burn
who wrote on the front of their chart of abuse or the doctor that born them who just loved us and told
me how mess up the parents were.
Afriend from the church that he and his wife are both miner enginers who spent alot of time with
my oldest son on their ranch and made him their son who use to live next to us who is also the
friend of the commisioner that I meet.  So many good people on our side.
Mom said if the judge  goes they will crap their pants if he walks in
All of these people know there stuff and will put their foot down, like through the floor

I went to my Kay Arthur Study tonight and a person I didn't know started talking to me
and she asked if I had children in our conversation, I didn't think anything about it
but we talked about the foster kids and she told me to pray a lot for the grandfather
to release them to me.  She also asked if I was praying for him and I said no.
She told me to pray for him.  When I got home tonight a family member texted me and
told me she thinks she saw the mother and she is pregnent again.  She is in her neighborhood
and she will keep her eyes open. Somethings seem to be coming together but am I reading to much into this? 
The family member wasn't quite sure if it was her.  The mother told me that she got prego again but she
lost it.  After I had gotton the girls so I know she can still have children. 

We are doing Jeremiah 1 (God has a plan, a plan for me and it is going to be costly) verse 9 says Then the Lord stretched out his hand and touched my mouth and the Lord said to me Behold I have put My words in your mouth. 

We are now in the third chapter God has a special plan for his people if they didn't stray.
The lady that talked to me said, I think this lesson is for you and I told her
yes I am getting a lot out of it.  In Jeremiah 2:20-25 I felt the Lord telling me something and then
when I got to the text it hit me is this what God wants.  Is it to pray for the grandfather?
It all came together tonight when I got home and I got the call about the mother of the girls.

Oh, sister,  I am so sorry I haven't been on here much to check on you and your situation... I am not happy the lawyer has not spoken to any of you..even if he bears bad news...that is not right....
