Diet
« on: January 06, 2011, 12:26:13 am »
Well the time is here and I have to start a diet  :'(  I'm getting to heavy for my little hubby Laughing5
I will start on Monday after I see my kids in Va this weekend.  I started shopping, I also hid one box of  Val001
under the couch but they are not open and I am going to see how long it will take me to get to them Laughing5

Other prayer needed, my fibromyalgia is really bad and I have to start therapy next week also.  I have had a headach
since last Thursday and the heavy meds are not working for me.

Last prayer needed is the income tax came and we owe $6000.00 honey said the lawyer in Pittsburgh that we saw
might be able to help us with that so please keep us in prayer.  I really need a good year.

right there with you....

My 11 is taller then I am....and the weight is beginning to be a struggle for her.  I have to now teach her to control what goes in, and exersize...as well as not blaim others for where she is right now...that is a great deal of what drives os to run to that box you are hidding now.... grin....just dont look in my desk.... cz012  !!!   a115 Val001

Ok... grin  hands off!  We are now clearing out the junk food getting ready for another round of good eats.  I found that finding ways to cut out stuff is hard, but if I focus on finding ways to get more good stuff I like in...I feel butter and it seems to not be as hard as it was.  Like I keep bags of salad fix and but it in a boal to eat for snacks, hard one at first but I feel much better after some time of doing it.  Cutting out dairy food as much as I can is a struggles for me...so I try and go as far as I can and then have a treat, but eat salad with it...like one slice of pizza, and a large salad.  I never tell myself no for fruits and vegs. and drink lots of good drinks and water.  Just making small cuts seems to have helped more then I thought too.  I try not to drink pop as much as I was doing.  I water down any drinks I have that has suger in it...or but lots of ice in it malted....I cut out manonaiz on my samwiches and put musterd on it.  I try and stay away from stuff that has high amounts of soy in it.  that was a big one too.  I have lost about 25 so far...slow but it is coming off and I feel butter with emotions, body, pain...I had hadacks and fab and romatory althrisist.  But eatting more raw foods seems to have but all of that far from me.  I feel what we eat causes more harm then good.  If we eat more the way G-d made things it helps.  Spring and summer is around the corner, so that makes it easier to eat like that too...for when It is cold I want more cooked foods...veg soups help.

I will be praying for you with this too.  as well as taxes...Lord help rebuke the devorur In Jesus name, amen! cbcizz024

coo6 COOL! :cool0010: :party0002: :yahoo:  Healthy choices are good for you.  I started juicing greens and carrots and drinking my protein drinks this week.  Will start eating more chicken   1310, veggies  cz067, nuts, fruits  dance28 and salads.  Will start doing the stairs in the back of our 4-storey complex and walking, too; especially to the beach and back; we also have a beach boardwalk that takes you to downtown and the marina, a couple miles.  Eventually will work my way up to challenge "The Hill"... this utterly formidable "Hill Street" in Signal Hill... once I tried it and huffed and puffed to the middle of the hill half dead  :confused0064:  and this 90 year old lady zoomed right pass me!  cz056  cz064  But when I got into really good shape about 6 years ago I could do the hill 3 times, consecutively, 3 times a week.  Then my right ankle collapsed. 301 cz017  Also, I will start pumping iron again.  I want to look like a beefy tan gorgeous Greek "god" this summer (No offense, God). coolshades  LOL!   cz061  …at least one last glorious summer before I die, or China nukes us.  But I do have a confession  cz052------- Well, I sorta have this little stash of cookies and candies locked in my desk drawer.  There!  I said it.   Val001  cz044

If you do a protent diet you can eat nuts...they are good for you, I do nut milks...yummy!  Anyways, if you eat nuts with carbs they you gain weight.  Try cutting out Dairy products out.  It has something in it that causes weight gain...eat spinch and other plants that carry calciman in it, for that will help you loss more then just dieting alone.  And that are things that help cut that hungry munster down in size...stuff like Chiea seeds...think the spellings wrong...anyways.  If you soak the seeds for a time until the gail comes off of it then use it in things like a shacks, smothies, drinks of any kind...you must make sure you drink 8 oz of water or something that is like water fellowing it for it is a fabor, so it plugs you up...the water makes a point of helping that not to happen.  AS well, YOu might be having the cravings for thins that are adictive carbs because of having some candida proublems...even a low amount makes that happen.  Read up on that and you will see what I mean.  It helps by eatting greens, and things like yugart, drinking appel cider vinager.  You might see the hunger go down by doing these things in time...drinking lots of water...it helps! cbcizz047 even with this one... warm water too!

There is a mega hot diet called the HCG diet that is found at heath for yourself website for 30 bucks when ordered.  I have lost 30 lbs on it.  And I am thrilled to say you don't have to go crazy while on it.  The hormone is one that reduces the appetite and has "NO SIDE EFFECTS"...not like diet pills that make you nervous and crave sugar after off of them....My whole family has been on it and many of my friends.   My son lost 50lbs in 40 days.  It is quick and you feel absolutely marvelous on it and off of it.   All this in 40 days!

Where can you go for 30 bucks and loose 50 lbs in 40 days?   You can only stay on this hormone for 40 days and have to weight 6 wks before you can go back on it again.   Many in Hollywood are using this stuff and I am delighted to get down to the size I need to being 60 this year....Great stuff!

In Christ's love
