I haven't attended church for a while, but generally my church is a traditional type church.

And me????   I am a part of the body that goes all over the place to many different churches...and it is a great joy to go in and love them all...besides they get a kick out of me when I visit,  so they say...lol 

God places us in all different settings and it is good for his purpose...and will...lol

I am used to a really traditional church although I have been blessed to participate in many different kinds.  I actually like the traditional ones...I love the hymns.

But we have moved a bit lately and aren't members of a church.  Y'all are pretty close to it right now!

Matt 18:20  “For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst.”

What a wonderful pearl this verse is to understand and realize every time there are two members of the body gathered together..or even one you are witnessing to,  Jesus is there in the midst of you..and church is taking place as well...lol 

Right now where we are discussing this topic...Christ is here with us...isn't that cool you can feel the presence of the Christ and he is beside you...lol

G-d has us at a prespertaryian church right now, boy I cant even spell it right
But we are even Pres...what-a!  We believe that denomanations arent what the real church is and it is a tool for the real church to be divided by....saten is sneeky you know!  We are more pentacastal, holy spirit believe, Jesus set free, and saves type of people....you know if it is found it the word then it is the word.   If Jesus said we can do it, then we can!   
Soooo, just think what we thought when G-d told us to go where we are at, and they had one of those pretty large old organs, and pews to set in instead of chairs. !!!  But We where like...ok G-d  and leave the rest of to him.  Lots of times where all are where we are called to for a good reason. amen!  We just have to give it some time to figur that one out is all!

Amen Lauren...we are all where the Lord places us for it pleases the Lord..lol     some times it is just staying home and having fellowship with your friends and strangers  and you have church going on...lol   As it is I feel like I have church going on 24/7.....and Jesus is present..boy do I look forward to have energy  24/7 like Christ does and never being tired...hard for me to imagine in this physical condition...I get tired so easily....lol

He's not only "beside us" but in us as we discuss, learn and teach.  I love the following verses.  They means so much in these last days as we meet in forums while sitting at keyboards....

• Psalm 144:1  Blessed be the LORD my strength which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight:
  
  Malachi 3:16-17  Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon His name.  And they shall be Mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up My jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.

thanks for these verses....they are in fact very uplifting and made me tear up especially Malachi...it is very dear to me in the hope I have...lol
