Oh, Vicky I'm not worried about food, clothing or other things.  I am worried about my love ones that will
be searching for things.  I am writing in my manual about finding God and excepting him into you heart and how
to do it.  Leaving bibles in different area's and how they are going to go throw the trib's.  My family doesn't believe
what I am telling them, they think  I am crazy and everything is normal.  I know the Lord will feed me and take care
of me.  I worry about the church, the pastor isn't talking much on anything and we can't have revival until people open their eyes.  Everyone knows I get on here but they shake their heads and think I am nuts and I don't even preach to them. :what:  My family except my children believe that if they just go to church and give money to a carpet fund than they will go to heaven for they did good works, it's a shame.

Love
Lilly   Bighug

I have two daughters and they both have heard it from since the day the Lord spoke it to me about 3 yrs ago...they had the same thoughts at first that I was loosing my mind....the Lord is good......well, it happened that my oldest daughter went to a show in L.A. Ca.  and while in line a woman witnessed to her the same exact things I had told her and my daughter apologized and became convicted in what is coming..the lord works in mysterious ways...don't get discouraged....the kids will remember it and look to the Lord at the right time...you've done your part.    My other daughter likes her life too much and doesn't want it to stop so she avoids the topic...but she'll do the right thing as the Lord is in control with them as well as you and me and everyone else... :inlove:

About 2/3's are in disbelief but it won't be long before they will all change their minds....and you will be ready and going forward in staying close to the Lord because you knew it was coming...it will be okay for you.

In Christ's love
Vickie

How to Make Sun Dried Tomatoes in a Dehydrator

Nothing Tastes Like Homemade Sun Dried Tomatoes
How to Make Sun Dried Tomatoes in a Dehydrator
My husband and I have always loved sun dried tomatoes. Normally they are sold in jars of olive oil or dried in bags. Because of the cost, the containers are normally quite small. After purchasing a large bulk bag of them at a market, I realized the joy of having them around in a larger amount. So, I began making them myself in a dehydrator. They are so amazingly delicious, I will never buy them again! And they are SO EASY to make.
Difficulty: Easy

Instructions
Things You'll Need:
3 lbs. Tomatoes (preferably Romas)
1/8 cup of olive oil
1 Tbs. Kosher or Sea Salt
1 Tbs. Rosemary (or any other dried herb)

Step 1
Cut the tomatoes lengthwise to approximately 1/4 inch thickness. For Roma tomatoes, you should be getting 3 slices from each average sized tomato. For larger varieties, you should get 4 or 5.
Step 2
Place the tomatoes into a large bowl and add the olive oil, salt and herbs. Mix gently with your hands or a wooden spoon. You want to make sure the tomatoes are evenly coated without bruising them.
Step 3
Using your hands, place the tomatoes onto the racks in your dehydrator. Dry according to your dehydrator manufacturer's instructions.

You will know they are done when they are completely dry. But, don't let them get hard and difficult to eat. They should be chewy.
Step 4
Store the dried tomatoes in plastic storage bags. They will last a couple weeks at room temperature OR indefinitely in your freezer! Since they are so beautiful to look at, you can also store them in a clear glass container with olive oil. Make sure your container has a lid.
Luke 9:48
Then he said to them, "Whoever welcomes this little child in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me. For he who is least among you all-he is the greatest."

How to Make a Gel Hand Sanitizer

Using a hand gel sanitizer has become quite common these days. However, store bought sanitizers can be expensive and often contain harsh chemicals. Learn how to make your own hand gel sanitizer that is more affordable and much safer than what you will buy in the store.

Instructions.Things You'll Need:

100% pure aloe vera gel
Witch hazel
Tea Tree Oil
Peppermint Oil

To make your own gel hand sanitizer, you will need to purchase a few ingredients. Most of these ingredients are very inexpensive and will allow you to make a great deal of hand gel sanitizer.

You will need to purchase 100% pure aloe vera gel, Witch Hazel, Tea Tree essential oil and Peppermint essential oil. All of these ingredients should be high quality and contain to additional additives.

Place about 1 cup of your pure aloe vera gel into a bowl.

Slowly mix in 1-2 teaspoons of Witch Hazel. You do not want the consistency of the gel to become too thin.

Add 3-4 drops of Tea Tree essential oil, and 3-4 drops of Peppermint essential oil. Slowly stir ingredients together.

If you find the consistency to be too thin, add more aloe vera gel a teaspoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.

Store in your desired container. Use as you would any other hand sanitizer as necessary.

All of the ingredients in this mixture are safe and natural to use on your body. Witch Hazel, Tea Tree Oil and Peppermint all have antiseptic and astringent properties to them, which make them great for killing germs and also healing small cuts and wounds. The aloe vera gel will help soothe skin and keep skin from drying out.

Alcohol Free Hand Sanitizer Provides 4 hours of protection

Tips & Warnings
You can add other scented essential oils to the mixture for a more pleasant scent such as lavender oil or rose oil. If you find the tea tree oil and peppermint oil scent to strong, use lesser amounts..Witch Hazel and Tea Tree oil can cause excessive dryness in people with sensitive skin. If you find this occurring, limit the use of your sanitizer to a few times a day..

Luke 9:48
Then he said to them, "Whoever welcomes this little child in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me. For he who is least among you all-he is the greatest."

How To Make Brown Sugar

"Hi I’m Cheryl with Expert Village. And today we’re going to make homemade brown sugar. Now I got this idea to make homemade brown sugar last week when I went to make some cookies and I was out of brown sugar and I didn’t want to have to get in my car, go to the grocery store and get brown sugar. So, I read that you can make your own and it’s so easy. What you need to make homemade brown sugar is plain white sugar and molasses, now the ratio that I found that works great is two cups of white sugar to one-third cup of molasses. And you’re going to need a kitchen aid as well, and you want to make sure that on the kitchen aid that use this attachment here which is called the paddle attachment. So what we’re going to do is we’re going to take our sugar and we’re going to put it in the bowl, just like that, and then we’re going to add our one-third cup molasses, pour it all the way in. And a good idea is to use a spatula, that way you can get all the molasses out of the container there. So we’re going to go ahead and do that, and we’re going to set that in, and then we’re going to go ahead and put it on medium speed. And you want to let it go for about four minutes, and if you notice when you’re doing it, you may get a little bit of molasses on the side of the bowl. You can just go ahead and stop it and then just scrape it down and we’re almost done here, this is looking great. And go ahead and just keep it on medium speed and you’ll never have to buy brown sugar again. And if you get any of the molasses sticking on the side of the bowl, just give it a nice scrape. Scrape that down and this is coming along, this just looks gorgeous look at the color of that, this is so much fun. Now there’s different kinds of brown sugar, this is kind of a medium brown sugar, some recipes will call for a darker brown sugar. You can make it, adjust your recipe just a little bit, I used a third of a cup molasses, you can use just a little bit more to give it a darker color and if you want it even lighter, just add a little bit less molasses. I find the brown sugar is so good in your coffee, you can use it in barbeque sauces, dressings, it’s so versatile and it’s so great to say that you made it yourself. Thanks so much for watching this is Cheryl with Expert Village showing you how to make your own homemade brown sugar. "

How to Make Pine Needle Tea

Instructions.Things You'll Need:

source of heat(camp fire, stove)
medium size pot with lid(aluminum, cast iron, or ceramic will do)
green pine needles from pine tree

First, collect enough pine needles to fill the pot about half full. Wash the needles thoroughly with water. Then, place pot 3/4 full of water onto heat source.

Bring to boil and let boil for about 5 to 10 minutes. Carefully remove lid and extract needles from pot. The water color should be a light brown to yellowish. Now let the tea steep for 45 minutes to an hour. Once it has had ample steeping time, strain the tea through a coffee filter to remove smaller particles. You may need more than one filter.

After filtering into a pitcher, add about 2 cups sugar.(2 cups per gallon of tea) Stir well. Now you can have your pine needle tea.

Fried Grasshopper Recipe

Good Enough for John the Baptist
of course,he liked his grasshoppers dipped in honey.

Grasshoppers, by the way, are an excellent source of protein.

Charles Griffith's Fried Grasshopper Recipe

First, catch a bunch of grasshoppers and leave them in a jar overnight to purge (if you're finicky). Then boil them for ten minutes, after which you can easily remove the large legs, and wings, too, if they are also large.

Next, in a bowl, beat one or more eggs, depending on how many grasshoppers you have, to which you add the little critters after removing the legs and wings.

Then put the beaten-egg-covered "hoppers" in a paper sack or plastic bag which contains some yellow or white cornmeal and shake.

Next, place the egg and cornmeal-covered grasshoppers one by-one into a small frying pan with an inch (2.54 cm) of hot cooking oil and fry until golden brown.

After cooking, remove the hoppers from the skillet and place them on paper towels to soak up any excess oil.

Our family experimented by eating them plain, and dipped in mustard, catsup, horseradish, or honey. We could have tried lots of other dips, too, I suppose.

We liked them best with honey; small wonder, we have heard that the "honey and locusts" that John, the Baptist, ate, was really a mis-translation of "honey and grasshoppers." Can anyone verify that?

Anyway, eating them fried and without any honey or catsup, etc., they tasted something like fried okra. We liked them well enough to have had them several times now.
